Yes, you can refer talents for your company. However, we’ll need to check with your HR team for what is applicable on a case by case basis.

Our network coverage covers talents in the Technology, Finance, Marketing, Real Estate, Media, Sustainability, Education, and Development Space. We are constantly planning to expand our networks to Construction, Engineering, and other sectors as well.
Snipers will receive notifications for openings in their roles of interest as indicated during onboarding. The referral window will be open for a few hours and you can refer by submitting a cv, LinkedIn, portfolio or filling out a short form.
Yes, to maintain the credibility of our network and ease the hiring process for our partners. Snipers will be eligible for 5 credits monthly which are for the first level of our community.
No, we can only work with companies that are hiring talents within what our community can effectively refer.
